Policy

A non -refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. The deposit may range from $50-$150 depending on the service. We subtract this from your total at checkout!

Non-refundable deposits are not meant to be punitive in nature. Late cancellations and no-shows are a cause of loss of income with no chance to fill the spot.

We understand that life happens, and we will gladly reschedule your appointment or apply the deposit to another service as long as we are given no less than 48 hours’ notice before the appointment time. No shows will result in a complete loss of deposit.

Please arrive early to your appointment to account for traffic, parking, waiver signing, and use of restrooms. Artists are booked back to back and we cannot accommodate anyone later than 15 minutes.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with all necessary pre-care and aftercare information. We understand that it is an investment and our artists can give their best work when both pre-care and aftercare is followed.

If you have previous work, are over the age of 50, or have scarring, etc., that may affect your work, you must email/text us photos so we can get approval before booking. Some skin may not be a candidate for microblading and some previous work may require a color correction.

We cannot perform tattoo services if you are:

-pregnant or breastfeeding

-under the influence of alcohol or drugs

-have not followed pre-care instructions 

 

Healed results will vary with each individual client. We supply very detailed aftercare instructions, following these instructions will provide the best possible healed result. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. It is crucial that you follow before and aftercare instructions.

We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment as long as we are given no less than 48 hours notice.

We take time and utilize careful detail to make sure every client is at ease in our studio, with our staff and with our services. We do not move forward with any appointment until the client and artist are 100% satisfied with the pre-drawn, measured area of tattoo and color choice.

If during the consultation phase of your appointment you decide not to proceed, your deposit will be forfeited. However, if you and the artist mutually agree that we should not proceed, we will refund your full deposit.

Please do not bring any other guests with you to your appointment.

 

We kindly ask that you refrain from having conversations with your Microblading artist when you are on the Brow bed as they are trained to diligently focus on your procedure. Please silent your phones and refrain from phone conversations while in the studio.
